Ethical sustainable jewellery production
We work with steady production workshops and factories, each with their own USPs. Through intensive collaboration with our colleagues abroad, we have managed to bridge the gap between fair trade jewellery and the demands of the fashion industry today. For our customers the story behind the jewellery is just as important as the design itself. We think that it’s not only important for our customers, but also for their employees and consumers. We therefore always take our social responsibility. Our jewellery is of the highest quality 925 sterling silver or varies carats gold but much more important: ethically produced.
Our social responsibility
How can we produce ethically?
We all have a right to a safe and healthy work environment, a living wage, a legally binding contract, insurances and the right to learn. We all have a right to be free from discrimination and harassment, to join – or not to join – a labour union, to choose our work freely. We all have a right to fair and reasonable working hours. And our children have a right to go to school. We strive for the maximum social responsibility criteria.
Sustainable production is the creation of manufactured products through economically-sound processes that minimize negative environmental impacts for people & planet. Sustainable manufacturing also enhances employee, community, and product safety.
Unfortunately there are no certificates to proof that we produce ethically. We are working on a proof and as soon as we can share more about this project, we certainly will do.
